First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP).

Employees can use the forms on the right to submit charges for services rendered by their Child Care provider each month.
