First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General, to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy Program (HUD-OIG CCSP).

These agencies have established a Child Care Subsidy Program in accordance with Public Law 107-67, Section 630. This law permits Federal agencies, contingent upon funding, to use appropriated funds to assist their lower income employees with child care costs.
