First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by the National
Labor Relations Board (NLRB), to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy
This federal agency has established a Child Care Subsidy Program
in accordance with Public Law 107-67. This law permits Federal agencies,
contingent upon funding, to use appropriated funds to assist their lower income
employees with child care costs. Child care subsidy can reduce the amount of
tuition parents pay for child care by providing subsidies directly to the child
care provider. To be eligible to participate, a child care provider must be a
family child care home or child care center. Both types of care must be licensed
and/or regulated by the State and/or local authorities where the service is provided.
