First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by several Federal agencies to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP) on behalf of their federal employees nationwide. Each child care provider that would like to be approved to receive payments from the CCSP is required to complete the OPM Form 1644.
Child care providers are not required to complete Section IV – Information on Provider’s Financial Institution’s Account for Payment to Provider. If a child care provider prefers to receive a direct electronic ACH payment instead of a paper check, they must complete the Child Care Provider ACH Form.
