First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP) on behalf of
FAA employees nationwide.
This federal agency has established a Child Care Subsidy Program in accordance with Public Law 107-67. This law permits Federal
agencies, contingent upon funding, to use appropriated funds to assist their lower income employees with childcare costs.
Childcare subsidy benefits can reduce the amount of childcare expenses parents pay for childcare services by providing subsidies
directly to the childcare provider. To be eligible to participate, a childcare provider must be a family childcare home or a
childcare center. Both types of childcare providers must be licensed and/or regulated by the state and/ or local authorities
where the childcare services are provided.
FFA has put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Click Here to help answer questions that FAA employees may
have about the FAA CCSP.
