First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by the U.S. Mint to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP).
This federal agency has established a Child Care Subsidy Program
in accordance with Public Law 107-67. This law permits Federal agencies, contingent upon
funding, to use appropriated funds to assist their lower income employees with child care
costs. Child care subsidy can reduce the amount of tuition parents pay for childcare by
providing subsidies directly to the child care provider. To be eligible to participate, a
childcare provider must be a family childcare home or childcare center. Both types of care
must be licensed and/or regulated by the State and/or local authorities where the service
is provided.
